1. General Terms
By booking services with DTS Tourism, you ("Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. These apply to all services provided by DTS Tourism, including accommodation, transport, excursions, and other related services.
2. Scope of Services
DTS Tourism acts as an intermediary for booking accommodation, transport, excursions, and related activities. We are not responsible for the direct provision of these services, which are supplied by third-party providers.

Client Cancellations: Written cancellations must be received. Refunds are subject to third-party supplier policies.

Supplier Cancellations: In the event of supplier cancellations, DTS Tourism will notify the client and offer alternatives or refunds if possible.
5. Liability

DTS Tourism is not responsible for delays, accidents, or issues related to third-party services, including accommodation, transport, and excursions.

We are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries except in cases of gross negligence by DTS Tourism.
6. Force Majeure
DTS Tourism is not responsible for any disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political events, or other force majeure situations.
7. Travel Documents
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have the necessary travel documents (e.g., passport, visa). DTS Tourism can assist but is not liable for document-related issues.
8. Disputes
Any disputes arising under these terms will be governed by UAE law and resolved in the courts of Dubai.
