3. Payments and Reservations
A deposit may be required at the time of booking.
Full payment must be completed before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed.
All bookings are subject to availability.
4. Cancellations
Client Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds are subject to the policies of third-party providers.
Provider Cancellations: If providers cancel, Diplomatic Travel Services will notify the client and offer alternatives or refunds where possible.
5. Liability
Diplomatic Travel Services is not liable for delays, accidents, or issues related to third-party services (e.g., accommodation, transportation, tours).
We are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries, except in cases of gross negligence by Diplomatic Travel Services.
6. Force Majeure
Diplomatic Travel Services is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political events, or other force majeure situations.
7. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess the required travel documents (e.g., passport, visa). Diplomatic Travel Services may assist but is not liable for document-related issues.
8. Disputes
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Egyptian law and resolved in the courts of Cairo.
